Intensive technical session on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments. From the legal framework (GDPR Art. 35-36) to practice: identifying high-risk processing, assessment methodology, documentation and prior consultation.

Module focused on the new AI Act obligation (Art. 27). How to conduct a FRIA: AI system identification, fundamental rights risk assessment, mitigation measures and documentation. Includes FRIA-DPIA articulation (Art. 27(4)).

Session on cybersecurity risk and impact assessments under NIS2 and DORA. ICT risk management, supplier assessment, incident response plans and mandatory reporting.
